Céad Míle Fáilte — A Hundred Thousand Welcomes
The Irish have a gift for welcome. Not the performative kind — the real kind. The kind you feel before you even find your seat. Céad míle fáilte (ked milla fawl-cha). A hundred thousand welcomes. It's about how you make someone feel the moment they walk in.
That spirit has always been the heartbeat of Annie Bailey's. It's why people linger well past when they meant to leave. Why strangers become regulars and regulars become part of the story. It's not something you manufacture — it's something you tend to, carefully, over time.
Twenty years of tending to it. And we're just getting started.
On April 13th — the week Annie Bailey's marks its 20th anniversary — we're turning a new page. The menu has been reimagined, with more roots in Irish culinary tradition and Irish inspiration..elevated with intention. The beverage program has been built to complement and surprise. And our service has been refined to match the warmth this place has always promised. Food, beverage, and service — raised to meet the moment.
We're not starting over. We're honoring twenty years by reaching for something more.
We hope you'll stop in soon
Fáilte!
